Tina and Nancy are CPR’s customer service reps. They also put orders together, assist Phil in packaging coffee, and make Central Coast deliveries in our vintage-looking delivery truck. They’re champion multi-taskers! They have been with CPR since its inception, both coming from employment in our local wine industry. Tina also has experience as a caterer, restaurant manager, and is our backup roaster. Nancy  previously owned an espresso bar and does our espresso training.
 
When you place an order with CPR, Tina or Nancy will most likely be your contacts, either by phone or online. These friendly, helpful women are also very knowledgeable about our coffees. If they don’t know the answer to your question, they’ll turn it over to Roaster Phil.
 
One of the benefits that you, the customer, receive when you purchase coffee from CPR is the “freshness factor.” As coffee orders come in, they’re given to our roaster Phil, who makes the daily roasting schedule according to the incoming orders. Coffee is roasted in batches, generally no larger than 35 pounds. In most cases, orders are shipped via UPS the same day the coffee is roasted. We prefer to sell whole bean coffee, but if you don’t have a grinder, we'll grind it for you. Unlike many coffee retailers who sell coffee in 12 or 13-ounce packages, we sell it in full 16oz. -- 1 pound bags! You may also purchase coffee in two or five-pound bags.  Our gift boxes, French presses, mugs, tee shirts, etc. are listed in the “Other Products” category.
