Organic coffee is produced without the use of pesticides or herbicides; a benefit to both the coffee drinker and the farmers who grow the coffee.  The organic coffee sold by Coastal Peaks Roasters is certified by ASCO, a certifying agency in California. We follow their guidelines for roasting, storing and packaging these coffees.
